Once the Easyload catcher is full, it delivers the birds to a hopper unit, which then gently and automatically transfers the birds to the packing unit. The packing unit automatically counts and loads the birds into drawers and modules or cage systems, which are then loaded by forklift onto the waiting transportation vehicle.

The Easyload packer works unattended at a speed of around 20 modules per hour. The number of birds per drawer is simply keyed into the packing unit.

The birds need no human contact which reduces stress, damage and possible abuse.
